It’s ideal for those in good health, perhaps with a few niggles, who are ready to move more and feel amazing. The sessions are 45 mins long, and pack a powerful punch with great training results.

2. Pilates Therapy 121 and Semi-Private courses
Struggling with an injury or long-term condition? Pilates Therapy offers bespoke 1:1 sessions designed to address instability, weakness, or pain. From cancer recovery to joint replacement and chronic conditions, this targeted approach focuses on treating the problem to help you regain strength and confidence.
Semi-Private courses look at joints specifically regardless of the injury or condition. Our courses run for 6-weeks.
3. Women’s Health Pilates
Tailored to support women’s unique health needs, these sessions offer help for:

4. Open Studio Training
Ready to train like a pro? After completing the course to help you workout independently and after a short assessment, you’ll gain access to our studio for independent workouts using our Repertoire 1 guide. Think of it as having your very own studio! We’re always on hand to help, but the session is all about you.
5. PowerPlate
This cutting-edge training method uses whole-body vibration to help muscles contract up to 35 times per second. Whether you’re aiming to lose fat, recover from an injury, or prevent falls, PowerPlate delivers quick and lasting results.

With over 17 years apparatus teaching experience, Cath Hopkinson is one of the longest-serving Pilates instructors in the Ribble Valley. She started teaching Mat Pilates at Alston Hall in 2002, and at Alderbank Physiotherapy in 2001!.
