Service Description

When you want to work with us, we need to ensure that we are a good fit for you and can truly help you. We offer a full introductory session to see how we work together and for you to sample moves on all the Pilates Apparatus before you buy a full package. We discuss your goals and how we can help to achieve them. You may have lots of questions and we can answer them too. Feel free to bring another person with you; they will need to know you are in safe hands. A small charge which is deducted from any 6 or 10-week course you book with us.
